The Session is a personal nutrition and lifestyle counselling consultation. It is intended to help you understand your current dietary habits and receive general, clinically-informed guidance on nutrition, meal timing, and lifestyle adjustments.

• The Session does not constitute the practice of medicine, and Dt. Suchismita does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition during the Session.
• Any discussion of medical conditions (e.g. PCOS, Thyroid, Diabetes, Acidity) is for the purpose of tailoring dietary advice only, and does not replace consultation with a qualified physician.
• Continue following your treating doctor’s advice, and inform them of any dietary changes you intend to make — especially if you’re on medication or have a diagnosed condition.
• Results, timelines, and outcomes vary from person to person based on individual biology, adherence, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific weight loss, symptom improvement, or health outcomes.

• Sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only after full payment of ₹1,000/- is received via UPI (GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any other UPI app) to the details provided.
• After payment, share a screenshot of the successful transaction with our official WhatsApp number. A calendar slot is allotted only after this is verified.
• Slots are limited each week and allotted first-confirmed, first-served — book promptly once payment is made.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to send the screenshot, incorrect payment amounts, or payments made to unofficial numbers. Always verify our official payment and WhatsApp details before paying.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least [24/48] hours before your confirmed slot via WhatsApp, subject to availability.
• Fees are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed, except where we’re unable to provide the Session due to reasons on our part — in which case you’ll be offered a rescheduled slot or full refund, your choice.
• No-shows without prior notice are not entitled to a refund or free reschedule.
• We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances, and will inform you as early as possible with alternate options.

• Provide accurate, complete information about your health history, medications, allergies, and lifestyle — advice is based entirely on what you share.
• Seek your physician’s approval before starting any new dietary regimen, particularly if pregnant, nursing, managing a chronic illness, or on prescription medication.
• Any diet plan or notes shared with you are for your personal use only, and shouldn’t be shared, resold, or used as a template for others without consultation, since advice is tailored to your specific profile.

• For online sessions, you’re responsible for a stable phone/internet connection at the scheduled time. Repeated connectivity issues may require rescheduling under the policy above.
• For offline sessions at our clinic, please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened session to stay within the scheduled slot.

• Payment screenshots and booking-related messages on WhatsApp are used solely to verify payment and schedule your Session.
• We don’t sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Clinic / Business Name] and Dt. Suchismita shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from implementing dietary advice given during the Session, including changes in weight, symptoms, or general health, where such outcomes result from factors outside the scope of the advice given (e.g. non-disclosure of medical history, non-adherence to guidance, or pre-existing undiagnosed conditions).

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal/regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued booking after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
